Services
Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also be challenging.
Whether you're facing communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, or feeling disconnected, therapy provides a safe space to rebuild understanding, strengthen connection, and move forward together.
Couples work is not about assigning blame. It is about slowing down patterns that keep both of you stuck, and making space for more honest, grounded conversations.
Areas of Focus
When conversations go nowhere, escalate quickly, or leave both people feeling unheard.
The same tensions showing up again and again without a clear way forward.
When closeness, warmth, or a sense of being on the same side has started to slip away.
Slowing things down enough for each person to better understand themselves, each other, and what is happening in the relationship.
Making room for more honesty, care, and connection in the relationship over time.
Finding a steadier way to navigate what comes next, whether that means repair, reconnection, or clearer decisions together.
Sessions create a space where both partners can be heard with care and structure. We work at a pace that feels manageable, and focus on understanding what is happening between you rather than deciding who is right.
Couples sessions typically last 75–90 minutes. Some people come for short-term support around a specific difficulty, while others choose to work more deeply over time.
You don't need to have the perfect words before coming in. The first session is a chance to talk about what has been hard, what matters to each of you, and what kind of support may help.
If you're not sure whether couple therapy is the right fit, reach out and we can guide you based on your needs.
