Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential, with exceptions only where required by law or if there are concerns about safety.
Yes. We offer both in-person and online sessions, depending on your preference and availability.
That's completely okay. You can reach out to us and we'll guide you based on your needs. You may also choose to start with a Mental Health Screening & Consultation, though this is not required.
Sessions & Process
Individual sessions typically last 50–60 minutes. Couples and family sessions are 75–90 minutes.
This varies depending on your goals and situation. Some people come for short-term support, while others choose to work more deeply over time. We will discuss this together based on your needs.
The first session is an opportunity to understand what brings you in and what you're hoping for. We'll explore your concerns, background, and goals, and discuss how we can work together moving forward.
